We started the morning at the trailhead around 75 degrees and didn't have to suffer too much hiking up. The summit was a balmy 65 degrees! It was a bit hotter coming down which didn't make it terribly fun, but fortunately, since we took Baldy Bowl the hike back only took two hours. It was about 95 degrees at the trailhead heading home. The temperature did reach 110 driving home though, which we didn't feel thanks to the miracles of air conditioning.
