Mount Diablo was quite windy this day! I had shorts on but also multiple layers of shirts. I had talked about this hike for a very long time with my friend Jeremy and we finally made it. Highlights were: Devil's Pulpit – climbed up this area close to the summit. Still were windy but worth the pictures and view. Juniper Campground – we took a different way back and the Juniper Trail was quite enjoyable. Sentinel Rock – must see! Cool pinnacle with chains to climb. I want to return in September to see some tarantulas in the wild!
