Get here early due to limited available parking at the lower lot!

This was an easy breezy and beautiful hike through the morning fog and mist covered forest.  With some mild switchbacks and slightly increasing inclines closer to the top, this trail unveils more beauty as the fog burns off in the late morning to reveal views of the south bay valley. Some interesting info about the building atop Mt Umunhum as well as local Native American history is posted in the rest area at the peak. A very mild and quick hike, great for starting out or if you’re looking for a shorter hike!
