I’m tagging this as Baden-Powell but in reality we hiked Hot Springs Peak in San Diego County!! (I hiked Baden-Powell last year so opted for an alternative from the SD challenge list.)
Hike was challenging but fun. Climbed over 2400 ft in 2-3 feet of snow. Mostly fresh, unbroken powder. Used crampons on all our boots but still a tremendous workout. Took almost 7 hours (with stops).
Hoping the snow starts to melt on other peaks in April!
