This is the one I was scared the most of. It took me 8 hours round trip (I am slow and proud of it!) We also went to the summit so above the flat iron. Which looks like the communicator from Star Trek – just so we are clear. I did manage to get up the tall wall with help from my friend. I am sad that I ditched my hiking sticks way too early in the hike and needed them for the gravel on the way back. This is also the hike that forced me to get new hiking shoes because the ones I had were ill fitted. It was a beautiful hike to the top – there are boulders but not as many as Camelback. The waterfall sadly wasn't running. We did meet a fellow hiker who was 80 and has hiked it over 50 times.
