We started early, maybe 5:45! Honestly wish we had brought out trail running gear as this one would've been fun to run. We did the loop clockwise and the way up was a steady incline, we didn't use our trek poles, and it felt good to get the heart rate up. My garmin only recorded about ~3900 ft of gain in this direction, but a little longer at 11 miles. Took us 3 hours and 45 minutes.
