Grandeur Peak East Trail from Church Fork
May 9th 2021.  I hike Grandeur Peak East Trail from Church Fork, I parked at the side of the road and crossed the creek thru a fallen tree bridge.  I immediately notice a lot of trash, so I start pick it up and brought it to my truck and start hiking. Got some additional trash bags and took the trail it was cold because it full of trees and the sun couldn't get thru found a nice small waterfall and for about 2 miles I hiked by the creek, trash got less as I was reaching the summit, but at the summit is where I found a lot of trash fill out my bag and I start the descent but by mistake I took the wrong trail and I didn't want to return, on the trail I found great people such a paragliding pilot Jason @
lifeargonaut and other nice hikers who gave a five lies ride back to my truck.  Was a really successful hike.
Almost 6 miles with an elevation gain of 2,600 ft. Awsome hike with spectacular views to Saly Lake City Valley In the west and the mountains in the east.
