It was really hot in the beginning, but as you ascended, the trail was covered with a thick layer of snow. Pretty sketchy, but we managed. Wooo. That last saddle is tough. I do not recommend climbing this mountain so early in the season. Maybe soon or by now the snow will have melted. Bring your spikes!
