Out of the trails I have done and will do on this San Diego and inland empire challenge, I would say this trail is one of the easiest ones. Steady incline for most of the trail until the last 0.5 miles which is a straight up climb. Views were good as you can see most of Orange County and the Pacific Ocean. Good hike to start off with, and train for the other complicate hikes to come.
