We started early to avoid the heat and it was beautiful! There were a few bugs in some spots but didn’t last too long. We took the truck trail up and Five Oaks down. We only saw one group going up (they were coming down). As we came down we saw a lot of groups coming up. It stayed a very tolerable temp our whole way.
