Saturday hike, got to the parking lot at 4:55 AM, parking lot full and street parking nearly full. Started hike at 5:10 AM @ 72 degrees. Busy, busy trail today. Very friendly and courteous trail peeps. And, a surprise at the peak! A wedding! with several guests, music, flowing mimosa's, a beautiful bride in her gown and groom in tux! Decent was very hot, I took 3 liters of water in my pack and a 14 oz nalgene of electrolytes and finished all of it. Stream/river flowing and the cold water was a relief with the use of my Mission towel.
