We started the hike around 6:15am knowing a long day was ahead of us. Started down the paved road and took the Upper falls trail to the summit in about 4 hours. Hike up was hot with temperatures hitting the 90's. Would rate hike easy compared to the climb of baldy, but it was enjoyable being is the shade covered trail for the summit. I went through about 2.5 liters for the hike and my boyfriend went through 3.5 Liters. Garmin Fenix 5x clocked 13.66 miles for the loop with a total elevation gain of roughly 3800 ft and a hiking time of 5 hours 40 mins. With breaks and everything we took 7.5 hours. This mountain allows for a fast pace but isn't to exciting so bring some tunes, water and snacks and enjoy the day!
