Hiked from Rhus Ridge last year. Decided to try Monte Bello this time. Windy narrow little road with lots of Labor Day cyclists. NO PROBLEM with parking at this trailhead though. Did the trail loop in AllTrails, and added enough side trips to make it to 7.5 miles. Easy in the direction suggested by AllTrails. (The return part of the loop was a little steep with slippery loose dirt and gravel. Be careful on that stuff.) View from the top is unremarkable. There was still a layer of fog obscuring the valley below. Saw a couple of lizards and a family of quail.
