We took Bailey Canyon Trail up and bagged Jones Peak first and then decided to continue on to Mount Wilson. The trail up placed us at the radio-towers area of the peak, so we decided to walk another 1/2 mile to the lookout at Echo Rock.   The total mileage was more than 17 miles with 5700′ elevation gain.
