By far the most difficult hike. I arrived very early at the start of the trail when it was still dark and cold. As we slowly walked up the mountain. It became harder and harder to breath. My lips were dry and peeling by the time we made it to the Ski resort about three miles up. From there, we headed up Devil's backbone, a scary trail with freefalls on both ends. After that, the final part of the hike was the excruciating hike up a steep hill.
