This hike is short, but beautiful as you walk a well marked path around the forest and through the pines. The peak has some nice benches for site seeing and for eating a snack. Weather was about 88 to 90 degrees with a slight breeze. When you get to the top, the views are spectacular! After the hike we drove down the mountain to the Falcon's Nest for lunch/dinner. I HIGHLY recommend this place for burgers or sandwiches, it was delicious! Overall this is a small hike and a perfect one to conquer when you don't have a lot of time!
