Sea of Clouds and a Veloci-rafter of Turkeys

Very pretty hike with great views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The fog between the mountains looked like a sea of clouds! I loved seeing little saplings being planted along the side of the trail also. The trail has some pretty wooded sections, with some huge pinecones and great opportunities for pictures! The trail to the peak was very straight forward and clear, and the peak itself was really nice with great views! Lots of neat wildflowers to checkout along the way too! After finishing the hike we saw a rafter of turkeys in the brush on our way out of the area, one huge tom with a bunch of hens! They looked like little dinosaurs popping their heads up in the grass!
