First peak of the year

We arrived the parking lot at 7am. There were plenty of space for parking. We started hiking shortly after 7am. There were about 3 groups hiking before us and we encountered about 4 other groups along the trail. The trail was well maintained with proper signage. A few sections of the trail was muddy, otherwise it is packed down due to the rain recently. The weather was great. It was super windy at the peak. Overall, it wax a great experience.
