Longest hike first! What a twit!

First 2 miles are the trail and it’s up, up, and up! Then you hit the fire road. Lovely views as you climb. No shade at all on the whole hike so not a good idea on a hot day. The lookout has picnic tables so we ate lunch there. Was windy at the end of Jan!

no wildlife to see really and all plants you’ve seen before, but nice enough.

The 360 views at the top were so worth it! Saw the ocean, observatory, all the big peaks. Amazing!
