Beautiful hike.  We got a little later start then we had planned. We started at about 9am, and the trail got busier as the morning progressed.  The weather was beautiful and the views were clear and magnificent. It was extremely windy!!!  We also descended down the 5 oaks trail.  nice little offshoot that starts and ends on the original trail.  This is a dog friendly trail.
