Obviously the trail has snow!! It’s about 4 miles in and then it’s micro spike time. As I pushed further to the top it was clear that only one person had been through since the last storm system. Wind wasn’t to bad until I got to the top of baldy and then when I hiked over to San Antonio it was 40+ wild chill to the bone. I raced off the top as I was freezing only wearing super light pants and shirts lol. On the way down the snow had softened up a lot. I think starting as early helped me get to the top faster as the snow was really nice and hard packed powder. Overall stocked to accomplish this this time. Just remember to stay out there and turn around if have too. I failed two weeks ago. Started to late.
