There is a reason that this is labeled a “had” hike and it all really begins at mile 4.6 when the moderate trail decides its time to really test your stamina. So climb up the hill, slowly as there is some loose dirt to the top. Be careful on the way down as that slippery stuff on the way up is even more fun on the way down. Once you get down it is pretty straight forward.
