On the way up it was snowy and cold. The trail was manageable but had some water and slush. On the way down the snow melted and it became very slippery, muddy and water running down the mountain trail. It was beautiful and quiet on the way up with minimal other people. But it was very busy on the way down. Recommend jackets and waterproof shoes, warm socks.
