The first time I attempted to hike this beast was way back in February of 17th of this years, it was my first time backpacking with snow, with heavy pack on my back I continued, we all made it to High Creek our campground destinations. The goal was to summit the next day, however it didn’t go as planned, it was just too cold for some of us. We hiked back down with disappointed looked on our faces, especially me!.
So now four months later I hiked this with a friend who I met from Baldy. This hike was a kille! those rocks! Worth every pain. I would do it again!
Lol… as a matter of fact this coming Saturday 9/8/18. The views at top were breathtaking I have to see it again!
