Such a perfect day for this 10 mile hike. Five miles to the summit & back! Breathtaking views over Napa, Sonoma & wine country! We saw some rock climbers on the way up! Short rocky climb in the beginning, then gradual climb the rest of the way up on a nice, wide gravel road. Look for a red and white tower to get to the summit. Cloudless day & wind kept us cool. Moderate hike was lovely! Ended the day wining & dining in downtown Calistoga!
