The trail conditions were good but the gnats were incredibly annoying. At about the 5 mile mark they were so intrusive. The weather was great to start but became very hot (85 degrees) by 1300. The views were spectacular. We were very dehydrated and extremely tired by the end but we were also moving at a very quick pace. We finished in 5hrs 23 minutes.
