This was our first hike of the challenge! Trail was very well maintained. Was warm on the ascend, comfortable in shorts all the way up, chilly at the peak but comfortable with a jacket. Knees were hurtin during the constant downhill of the descend, very grateful for trekking poles! Summit beer was a must. Ready to see what the next 5 have in store for us!
