Sutton Mountain Expedition

This was a remote and beautiful hike. The sky was sunny and the temperature was comfortable.  The trail wasn’t particularly busy. I crossed paths with only 3 other small groups of hikers, all headed down. I got a late start, about 1 pm, and was able to summit and come down in under 3 hours.  The views were spectacular.  The wild flowers are just starting to pop, and I loved seeing the hedgehog cacti at the top.
