Overall Good hike! I underestimated the elevation gain. It was wonderful weather and the trail was in good condition. There were trail runners and mountain bikers also on the trail. My only problem was on the way down my knees and IT band began to tighten up. Lesson learned: not to underestimate the elevation gain even though the elevation is not as high as Mount San Antonio for example. Next time I go up definitely want to try the cosmic café!
