Other than the trail marker at the trailhead, there are no trail markers and the trail is not super obvious in places and we went off track twice, but luckily were able to get back on the correct trail quickly with the help of other friendly hikers. Glad we started early so there was still shade on part of the trail when we began. Not much shade by mid-day.
