There were a few people there, but the trail wasn't crowded. Finding parking was a challenge though as parking is limited. It was very gorgeous. Everything is very green right now and lots of flowers are blooming. The hike overall isn't super difficult, I would say moderate, not hard. It's uphill pretty much the whole way, with some boulders to climb over. One spot in particular was a little bit more challenging as you have to climb down what's basically a wash of boulders and loose rocks. Then you have to climb back up it on the way back, but it wasn't very difficult. There are quite a few boulders at the top to climb and play on. a few people told me they saw rattlesnakes, however I did not see any. If you are going with a dog or child, be very aware that there are rattlesnakes active on this trail right now. Best to stay quiet, listen and pay attention so you don't get bit.
