My first 14er, slip and slide

Was a blast going on my first 14er.  Thought it was really easy til I got to the ridge and saw the summit was covered with snow and my water proof boots got me up there but it was a struggle.  No crampons or poles I pushed on.  I met wonderful people who motivated me up to the top.  Even had a small mediation session with them.  While I felt rough afterwards after the quote unquote easy 14er.  Found myself looking for my next challenge which I will probably find this next weekend.
