Camel’s Hump!

A beautiful day in VT! Started out at an eager pace and it felt like we were asking great progress until we saw the peak through a clearing in the trees – it was still so far away! This feeling would return after we climbed the first bump on the camel’s back. The summit was closer but we still had quite a bit of ground and elevation to cover. The summit did not disappoint as we could see in all directions on the clear day. In the distance was Mt. Mansfield, our prize for the next day…
