We went to Limber Pines and camped overnight. We headed to the peak in the morning. Thankfully we had good cloud coverage on the way up on Saturday because Sunday was much warmer. The trail was good and bugs were minimal…bees at camp and at the water source. Speaking of water…there was a small stream at next switchback after Limber Pines. It was sad to see the fire damage but also beautiful with the mushrooms growing on the burnt trees and the wild flowers growing amongst everything.
