Lisa and I hike 7.4 miles. We hiked the Bear Mountain Trail loop as listed on the All Trails app. The weather was near perfect. The bugs we minimal. There were a few horse flies at summit. We had to shoe them away while eating our lunch. The scramble was crazy and I’m glad we chose to go up it, and not down it. We ran into a bunch of super friendly thru hikers.
