Took a solo hike up and down Mt. St. Helena. The ten miles were mostly service road with no shade. Coming back down, the path to the trailhead is tricky. I got off too soon (as did others since there was a path) and ended up going down a steep rocky incline. Overall, a pretty chill hike. Peaceful and quiet on a random Tuesday.
