Quite possibly the most perfect weather for hiking the Welch-Dickey Loop and earning my first badge in the New England Six-Pack of Peaks Challenge.
Cool breezes, warm sun, no bugs and enough clouds to add interest to the photos.
Hiked the loop counterclockwise, and can’t imagine going the other direction. Climbing the granite slabs was slow and challenging at times, but the views were worth it!
