This was the best experience I’ve had so far on a Six Peak hike. The switchbacks are daunting, but it’s a straightforward, shorter hike on a great trail. Plus the views and 64 degree weather on top were a welcomed experience on Labor Day Weekend. If you’re considering this one, do it! I’d suggest starting before sunrise so you can see the sun rise over the mountains as you climb.
