Great hike with a perfect weather day here in Vegas. The road up to the trailhead is a 2 mile dirt road, 2wd is fine but higher clearance recommended. The trail is easy to follow and you’ll gain serious elevation on the switchbacks for the first two miles. The final 1/4 mile to the peak is easy to find at a trail junction, just look for the cairns…..here is a hint….if you start walking downhill, you missed the peak
