My son and I completed this on 10/23/22 and it was a wonderful, though challenging, hike. The weather was cool and we needed to add layers about 1.5 miles from the summit to stay warm. Not too crowded today, maybe 20 people at summit, and fewer on the trail. Trail conditions were good. We went up by the ski hut, and down via the backbone. Lovely day.
