Hiked with my sister, daughter and her boyfriend. We saw many grey squirrels out on the side of the highway on the way up Highway 2, which is so unusual. It was a very warm, but a beautiful day. We had the trail mostly to ourselves as most people hike up from Vincent Gap. This trail is so lovely with gorgeous old trees and expansive views. We saw a couple of gliders while at the summit and a huge group of Boy Scouts, which seems very appropriate. We stayed at the summit for a bit, enjoying the beautiful views. Headed on back down and enjoyed the lovely drive back down the mountain.
