Wedding Anniversary Hike

Beautiful day for a hike! The smoke had subsided somewhat, so we decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a hike to Mount Dickerman. We arrived at the parking lot later than expected but there were still plenty of spots. Must be something about the time of year but despite the great weather we only saw a handful of other groups out on the way up. Made it to the top is ~2 hours, but we packed light and were pushing pace somewhat. Took our time on the way down and picked some ripe berries for our toddler (left her at grandma’s house). Overall, a great early fall day out on the trail!
