We had done this hike last year and it was one of our favorites so we came back to do it this year to add to our six pack!!!! The Views were breathtaking and were worth distance up. Most of the beginning of the trail was covered by trees and had excellent views of the wilderness. The part after the Icehouse canyon saddle was a little more exposed but still very beautiful!!! Amazing !!!
