I had done Cucamonga earlier in the year when there still was snow. This time I wanted to check out Etiwanda Peak also, just 1.3 miles further east of Cucamonga. Glad I did it; that last section is gorgeous and was wonderfully quiet. Great views of all the other favorite mountains, and the weather allowed for some sketching during lunch.
