I hiked with three relatively inexperienced hikers and we learned a lot from this hike. One person did not bring proper gear and water and went ahead of the leader (while not telling anyone) and we ended up having to look for him for a couple of hours on the way down.

Everyone made it back okay but there were definitely lessons to be learned for the next big hike.
