It was just after the New Years rain storm that came through, just enough time for most of it to be ‘drier' then a muddy mess. Most of the trail was open and clear, with some patches of mud and running water. At the last .5 it was definitely a steeper climb and the rain trail made some great indentions and runoffs. Made of more of a scramble then a hike up. However, once on top it was so very worth it!

Oh and super loved seeing ‘Bird Rock'. Or at least that is what I called it, looked like an exotic bird.
