Hiked Corte Madera on Sunday, 1/29. It rained lightly throughout the hike, so the trail was very muddy in many areas and we took extra care while stepping and climbing over some of the rocks and boulders in certain areas of the trail. The trail is very narrow in many areas with Manzanita bushes, so recommend wearing long sleeves and pants. Definitely recommend wearing Gortex or similar pants in rainy conditions, as we were soaked by the time we reached the summit.

Unfortunately the cloud cover and mist prevented us from really seeing the beautiful views that this trail offers. Definitely recommend hiking this on a nice clear day to take advantage of the scenery and great views.  I did this hike last year on a clear day and enjoyed it thoroughly.
