We started a little after 6am. The trailhead was across highway 2 which was not super visible from the parking area. Alltrails map for useful. The hike was gradual for the most part except for the last mile or so where we had to climb over steep rocks. The weather was beautiful although a bit cold. We enjoyed the hike and it was a good experience.
