Back on the mountain!

Started around 6am, just getting light. Beautiful weather all day – summited around 10:30. Chilly at the top! Not very crowded – thank you superbowl! Steady incline on this hike and a big elevation gain. Going down can be hard on the toes and joints – appreciated the poles for extra support. Spring flowers starting to bloom and lots of water in the creek. The trail is impeccably maintained and east to follow. Definitely one of my favorite hikes!
