First hike of the challenge! Weather was great, definitely a bit chilly and windy at the top but I was comfortable in a t-shirt as long as I was moving. Trail was a little muddy in some areas with one small patch of snow and ice that was a little slick, but not bad. The trailhead at this hike is really cool – some neat sculptural things going on! Did a little cleanup along the way as well, but I was really happy to find that there was very little trash left behind that needed picking up 🙂
